• Notification 实体 + NotificationMapper
• NotificationService — 统一发送/幂等/异步/6种业务事件
• NotificationController — 4个API端点
• 通知类型：review/match/matchmaker/activity/risk/account/system

业务事件通知

• 审核结果通知（通过/未通过）
• 双向Match通知
• 有人喜欢我通知
• 活动报名结果通知
• 红娘推荐通知
• 风险警告通知
• 账号状态变更通知

Miniapp 页面

• U25 通知中心 — 列表 + 未读数 + 全部已读 + 下拉刷新 + 分页

Database Changes

• 无新增迁移（V004 已包含 notifications 表）

API Changes

新增接口：

GET	/notifications	通知列表
PUT	/notifications/{id}/read	标记已读
PUT	/notifications/read-all	全部已读
GET	/notifications/unread-count	未读数

Tests

• NotificationServiceTest: 3 个用例

Security Review

• 通知幂等（5分钟窗口去重）
• 站外通知失败不影响核心业务（异步发送）
• 系统通知和Chat分离（独立通知表）
• 未读数一致（数据库COUNT为准）

Known Issues

• 微信订阅消息Adapter为占位实现（Phase 11后续完善）
